I met the folks at Blessed Hope through an ad in Christian publication. It’s been about a year now and I am very pleased with the service. No busy signals, the phone bills are easy to read and understand and there have been no surprises or hidden charges of any kind. I asked a lot of questions up front because I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past, but I guess I had nothing to be worried about. Everything has been just fine and my bills have dropped quite a bit. I don’t spend a lot on long distance but it’s nice not to have a monthly fee any more. I just got my first long distance phone bill, and was so pleased with the savings.  Because there had been sickness in my family and lots of traveling recently, we had lots of calls on our toll free number, and more regular long distance calls than usual.  Our long distance bill with MCI would have probably been over $90, but was only $29.72 with Blessed Hope.

I made a switch earlier this month [away from Blessed Hope and] to MCI. Boy was that a huge mistake! I will never do that again. They turned my service on only to disconnect me three days later with no reason and no explanation available as to why. Then I get a $40.00 bill in the mail today stating that it is 30 days past due.

I love the service that your company provides and your rates are reasonable as well. I would recommend you to all my friends and family for long distance service. Your staff is always there to answer questions and help with whatever problem may arise. I never once called your customer service and not been able to get a timely answer or have I ever had to be put on hold for more than a few minutes. Thanks for the great service and you can bet that you have a lifetime customer in me!!!
