By clicking on the link below, you will be taken
to the Plab-B online signup form. After filling out the form and submitting
your information, you will receive an automated e-mail to verify your order.
Please respond to that e-mail following it's instructions to verify your desire
to switch your long distance to Plan-B. If you do not respond to the email,
your order will not go through.
* In some states,
e-mail verification is not allowed. If this is the case for you, an
automated telephone call will be placed to your billing phone number to verify
your order. Just answer the simple questions from the automated operator
and your order will be verified.
That's it! Your
confirmation will then be complete!
It doesn't get any easier than that!

What should I do?
If you do not receive the automated e-mail or callback , please e-mail
us at
blessedhopeceo@cox.net and we will arrange your confirmation personally.
How long will it take for the switch to
Plan-B to
take place?
It normally takes 5 to 10 days for a long distance change
to take effect.
How will I know when I am actually on the
Plan-B Service?
You can call 1 (700) 555-4141 (it's toll free) at
any time, and it will tell you who your current long distance carrier is (it
will say "Qwest, Global Crossing or WilTel" when you are on the service).
If your service has not been switched after 14 days, please call us at
877-619-6231 and we will assist you.
